Status : Offline | I can only suggest that you keep on trying. By the way you have to win 4 dart games. Also, in case you are going to play Sherlock Holmes and the Serrated Scalpel, the old dart game sequence once again rears it's ugly head
I got through it by cheating. I got my son to get me past this part. He's really good with that kind of stuff. I knew there was a reason that I gave birth to him.

Status : Online | You have to win 4 dart games? Are you sure you're not talking about serrated scalpel there? I'm 95% sure there's only one... just replayed the game half a month ago.
I read somewhere that their skill just deteriorates with each successive game. So, loading each time you lose definitely isn't a great idea.

| Deleted User | At least I'm in good company. I'm stuck in the dart game too. I played this game before (when it was first released) and I survived but this time I am a disaster.
I like the idea of getting my sons or grandsons to do it for me - unfortunately they are in Maryland and I am in North Carolina. They will all be here for Christmas. Maybe I can wait that long. :-X
There was a dart game in the Serrated Scalpel but I don't remember it being as hard as this one. Or maybe my reflexes were better then.
I'll just hang on and keep trying.

| Deleted User | I played both abovementioned Sherlock Holmes games a few years ago, so please don't rely upon my (faulty) memories.
I played Rose Tattoo first. You DEFINITELY have to win ONE darts game only. But I found that game VERY difficult. Later my wife played and 'gave-up' on the darts, so I did it for her otherwise she would have abandoned the very good game! I think I must have played it, on both occasions, somewhere around 50 times before succeeding! > :-[ :'( IIRC, when I later got to Serrated Scalpel (an earlier & more primitive game) I found that you have to beat several different people in the pub. I thought it was 3, but it may well have been 4?! My recollection is that each darts game was considerably easier than the one in Rose Tattoo (although I could be wrong?? ??? ???), but the process is lengthy since you have to play several games instead of just one very difficult one.
IMO, It's a pity since many people had to abandon the entire { otherwise excellent) game(s) } solely due to these dart contests. A Save game afterwards is VERY questionable due to 2 or 3 reasons!!
