And Val, you should be nicer to me.  I gave you credit for #9 even though you gave an incorrect title.

What are you talking about?? Oh geez! I was typing fast! Cut me some slack!

yes, i'd suggest the following improvement: make a rankings table with the ppl who guess the covers... then put flashing neon lights around the first one and a dancing hamster next to the last one...

You have gotten the attention of the mysterious lady. She turns to face you. Her face is devoid of any flesh. You are frozen with horror as she begins ripping your body into a bloody mess.

It wasn't a mistake!! I typed it by accident. Really.

#4 - ELO (Electric Light Orchestra), Eldorado

Is that it for guesses for me for another 24 hours?

I have a question too. Will you ever have 2 albums by the same band in one of these contests?

Deleted UserVal: The field is open now... go for it.  And while some bands will be repeated in different quizzes, no band will appear twice in the same quiz.  And, of course, your answers are correct.

I'm late for this. The only one I would have known is #2, Rush - Fly By Night.
There are still some left...

I believe #6 is Yes - Fragile.

Sounds binary. I would have sworn 1 was Heep, as in Uriah, and 11 was Rush. Argh!

So tell me the title of this album and the artist, and the year it was released....

Thanks BacJim! I wish more people had participated though.

Maybe the next one will be harder
(I better shutup!)

Your sound samples makes me think of an idea for another trivia contest! Like "name that tune" - short samples of songs and then people have to guess the song. That would be fun!

Deleted UserThe quizzes get harder.  Quiz #5 is actually entitled "The Killer."  The hints get harder too.  Some are very short guitar riffs.  Or drum riffs.  Or keyboard riffs.  Some are from songs by the same artist but a different album, thus STILL making you think/research.
