Status : Offline | The burnt grass is at the murder site in the park. right click on the area of grass kinda in front of the skull to get a comment about the grass, then pick some up with one of your plastic evidence bags.

Status : Online | The cat won't appear, if you're too close. The best place to wait for the cat (and to catch it) is in front of the barrels on the right side.

Status : Offline | If you are talking about the ventilator shaft in your room on the ferry, it is on the right side up near the ceiling. You should see a little grate.

Status : Offline | I had trouble with this too. It's because you haven't clipped all the wires. I know when the scissors give out, you use the shears. (or visa versa) Also, there is a cut wire you will need later on in the game. Pick it up while you are here. It's a bit of a pixel hunt, but I seem to remember it being on the lower left. Hope this helps.

Widen the hole with the gloves.
Then combine scarf and bag to insulate from shock.
