Status : Online | Well, I don't have the game so I'm not sure I'll be able to help, but what is the problem exactly? Does the installer start, does it hang, etc? Are you getting any error messages?

Status : Online | Open a command prompt
go to the drive with the cd and type:
setup -lgntforce
This should allow you to install.
If you have problems running it afterwards try running in compatiblity mode. Right click on the shortcut to the game and select the compatibility mode you wish i.e. win 95, winnt etc. Try different ones until it works.

Status : Offline | a successful install and SS2 appears to be running properly in Win 2000 compatability mode with themes disabled at a resoultion of 1024x768. thanks.
