okay, i've totally tried it six different times. i've also tried going back and forth each time
every time i get the same peices of letters and objects to the point that i can see molitor and the arch is basically made but there's a peice, like just the top missing from the left side...
and then no matter how many times i go back and forth and how carefully i rescan the painting, nothing
absolutely nothing
it seems like because i can see molitor and all the other basic peices, mac should recognise it by now, especially since there doesn't seem to be any other pieces left.
anyway, kinda stuck and confused, are there any peices elsewhere?
or is there soemthing i have to do to trigger his recognition?
or is this really a glitch?
i don't know what to do, and it's kinda driving me crazy

Hi there, I am trying to figure out the picture given by Hulot to Gus.....I have found the following
Four Differences:
1. Nobody inside the coffin in the middle of the picture.
2. Two Orange Bowls on the right are missing.
3. One Cross Shield missing on the right.
4. Top Right person getting slain by sword is missing.
I am missing the "number of gallows on the top right side? I just can't find it...can someone be more clear where that is? I am not sure. I have looked and I know it is probably right in front of me by I just can't see it.

Status : Online | One gallows (or whatever it is) is indeed missing. It's near the top of the painting, slightly to the right of the centre. Somewhere to the left of the missing man being decapitated.

Need some help over here... Help at the painting - candle part...
I talked to bebe as much as possible, till there is no conversation left, took the candle, looked at the painting, but the candle aint burning... There are no notes in the sketchbook at all..
I talked to bebe 10 times now, from the room where the painting is, to bebe, talked to her, nothing to talk about, back to the painting.. etc .. etc..
I even dropped by the police station, returned to the Cafe, still the candle aint burning, nore im seeing any text or lines appear on the paining itself..
Please help me with this one..

- I know there are FIVE differences.
Can only find FOUR!
1- Nobody inside the coffin

Okay, I finally figured out the fake difference in the picture from Hulot.
Now I am at the hotel and I have the lockpicks from Hulot and I just can't understand how the lockpicks work....is there anyone out there than can help me. Should I use the lockpicks on room 507 first or do I go to Helloiun's Office first......I can't find that hammer that Vigz was talking about.....HELP!!! I really am trying to understand but maybe I need a bit more help here!

I know it has something to do with the dates of the Templars in the book found in the Brotherhood's Library... but i enter the 4 dates, 2 of them gives a "click" sound... but the doors? don't open, or what must i do after that? thanks

You're right about using dates, but not dates from any book. Have another look around on the 1st floor. You'll find some other dates there.

The kidnaping has taken place. Where do I find this picture of the Head so I can draw it and show it I'm guessing this is my next step.
Also how do I open the box in the closet at the Eaton's house? I can't seem to find this key.

for me, it was in room 505..or 506... or..507..
whichever room the murder took place in.
also,
has anyone encountered the bug where you can't get all the peices of the painting puzzle, is this supposed to happen/
is there another trigger other than the sketch of the head?

I am stuck bigtime :-[
Just finished talking to Ms. Loiseau at the Hotel and I have figured out the fake painting and got the lockpicks from Hulot, now what....
No one is taking to me and I have no idea what to do with these lockpicks.....and where is the hammer that everyone is talking about....? :-[ I can't find it...
.....should the lockpicks be used at the hotel or Hellouin's Office.....anybody have any IDEAS here?

You can use the lockpicks to get into either place. Once you do, something will change in the game to let you into the other place.

I know the SIGNS (male,female, etc.. = Fire,Water,Mountain and Air), but what's with the planets? help!

Status : Online | Still stuck at the fresco painting.. I think its because i aint got the picture of the head... i read in a walktrough, that the head is needed, to trigger the fresco-candle part... cuz when i hold the candle (after i zoomed in on it) at the painting, the candle wont light up...
Help me plz.. need to find that head-pic i guess..
P.S if anyone wants the walktrough.. lemme know

What planets? Every number belongs to one element which is associated with one symbol which can be found on a bottle. That's all you need to know.

Status : Online | oops made a typo there yeah i figured it out.. the Formula item made me do an error manipulating the vials..
Now i really dont know what to do, I gave most of the evidence to the Inspector Lebrun.. but still doesnt want to cooperate.
I'm stuck at the Candle/Painting puzzle.. Still trying to find the LAST letter of the NAME/WORD of the puzzle... damn stupid puzzle it is indeed!

For those who can't seem to activate the Painting Puzzle. Go to the candle/photo of Hulot. Grab a candlestick (talk to Berenice if you haven't already with the Baphomet Head Sketch), then go back to the Photo/Candles. MOVE RIGHT, then FACE the candle/photo. THE PAINTING IS ACTUALLY THE HUGE ONE ON THE WALL!!! have fun im missing 1 piece..
theres like 5 letters? and 12+ pieces to find!
