Is it just me or do they have one of the worst tech support of just about any company?

Deleted UserCouldn't tell you. I've never had bugs in a Dreamcatcher game.
Let me guess. Are you playing Traitor's Gate 2?

except for all the others...

The only really good tech support I've ever gotten is from the makers of independent games. They'd give individual responses and actually read your email about your problems, instead of just sending a form email like the big companies do.

Yep, that's how the big companies of today once started when they were still small. Good tech support is rare when it's all about the money

Well, right now I'm playing Curse which is survival/horror so this isn't the place to talk about it.  But Dreamcatcher is seriously annoying me.

I post to their suport forum which, by th eway, has a total of maybe 5 new messages a day.  It takes them 2 days to give me a reply which doesn't even come close to answering my question.

Sadly I think I know more about the game than they do.
