Hey, I'm replaying the game "Connections" and whenever I click on a character to talk to them (when a quicktime movie should kick in) there's a quick blip on the screen and the movie never plays. The speed of my computer (200mhz) shouldn't be a problem because I'm using the version of quicktime that Connections installs for me, right? Also, The first time I played this was on my 133 (that I don't have any more) and it worked fine so 200 shouldn't be all that radically different

I'm facing the same problem with Quicktime in Traitors gate.
Seems there are a conflict with Win98 SE. Maybe DLL files.

Note : I played Connections, and ran perfectly in my PC.

Try uninstalling and re-installing quicktime from the CD

and take a look here

http://multimedia.discovery.com/mms/connections/connections.html

To try,  lower the screen resolution to 640x480 and 256 colours.

otherwise, good luck.
