That scene in the room with the mirror is fantastic. One of the best creepy moments from any game ever *(especially when you notice the door has locked behind you
)

* Although the highest accollade for creepy moments still (for me) goes to the "Return to the Haunted Cathedral" level for Thief : The Dark Project. I still can't play through that level in one sitting without taking breaks.

Well, I picked up the PS2 version. (I don't think that the kid behind the counter ever heard of it.) Anyhow, I'll now see how many walls I can take out and how many corners I can get stuck in.

That is some heavy level.

About SH3, it does tell me my card has no vexel/pixel shader.
I can't resign myself to return it, I MUST play this game...that means I'm gonna change my graphic card.  :

Just finished the PS2 version of this game.  Talk about lousy graphics! Cripes! Who forgot to connect the damn dots?? Fire them!!!  It's a shame, because the story itself was really good.

Hi MonkeyDude,
  I probably should, but then we have a control problem with the keyboard.  I have a game pad, but it doesn't seem to want to play.  Right now all I want to do is pounce on the darn game from about 15 feet in the air and smash it to smithereens, then disintegrate it's entire molecular structure with a giant sized butane blow torch.  Maybe after that...............  >

I was watching G4 tv today and Tommy Tallarico gave this game a bad review because you can run away from some of the monsters without fighting them.  What an idiot.  He then also gave a good PS2 game from last year called Primal a bad review because there was not enough fighting in it.  He's a real credit to the industry.

G4 sucks, that's why their reviews are retarded.

This proves, one more time, that not all people have the minimum intelligence, or simple logic if you like... >

Resistance is not futile, we're gonna win this thing, humankind is too good, we're not a bunch of under-achievers! We're gonna stand up, and we're gonna be human beings. We're going to get fired up about the real things, the things that matter! Creativity, and the dynamic human spirit that refuses to submit.

Excellent stuff, good ending. Will I complete it the other 5 times? Nope.

NEXT!

Deleted UserI'll wait a year or so before trying to get the "revenge" ending.

I don't really like this multiple ending crap, but hey!

31 DEC 2003 at 11:26am
Deleted UserI like the idea of multiple game endings based on branching storylines, which I hope happens soon, but I dislike the idea of having to play through a game again and do a couple of things differently to get different endings.
