Status : Online | Starship Titanic is great. A walkthrough is available on the Just Adventure website. I also have one from game faqs from 1998 but notice game faqs no longer has this. I could look something up on that for you if the Just Adventure one is lacking someplace.

Status : Online | Hehe, seach for hints as well - there are a few easter eggs. 2 I remember are:
1. When the deskbot asks if you have a reservation, type in "yes". She'll doubt it, and asks for your name. Type in "ouglas Adams" (Douglas Adams is obviously the geneous who wrote Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy and came up with the idea of Starship Titanic)
2. Aks random charactes about Abba! "What do you think of Abba"
