Its a great idea using the internet as a marketing and sales tool and it may be a good game but...
Has anyone else got a problem with paying 120-140  dollars for a game? (12-14 episodes x ~10 dollars I think) It is a shame that they want so much for the game- I will not be playing it.

In some cities in the states, the cost of a movie ticket is $10.00.  That's 10 bucks for 2 hours of passive entertainment.  AGON is 10 bucks for several hours of interactive entertainment, and a bit of brainercise, too.  If you consider the quality of the production, and amount of entertainment derived from each episode, it's well worth the cost.

I'm waiting for reviews of the 2nd episode to begin showing up before I decide whether or not to start playing the game.  If it's as good as I've heard the first episode is, I'm in.

I have three major concerns.  The first one is, of course, that the series will not be finished.  Fourteen episodes is a pretty huge commitment.  Secondly, I'm concerned that I'll commit, and get totally into it, and then the production quality will go downhill.  Thirdly, I'm concerned about the product activation, and being unable to install the game as frequently as I want on a computer that regularly gets put through the grinder, and then gets an overhaul.  I would really like to see this licensing model go very very far away, and be replaced by something more sensible (to the consumer, not the business).

Oh, and this thread should probably be in the adventure game discussion forum.
