If you look at the time displayed on the main banner, it seems to be twenty minutes ahead.

Or is it in some strange time format that I am not familiar with?

Well it is now once I have pointed it out and they have fixed it  


Actually, I realise that for the time is "frozen" the minute the I log in. The clock does not change during the time I am browsing the forum unless I refresh.
