the poll in JA main page reminded me of an old poll i created in another forum some months ago... since there're no poll options here, just say which is your fav Sierra SERIES... not a standalone adv, unless it does not belong to a series (eg codename iceman)

my personal favorite is the Laura Bow series and that's the one i'd like to see a new sequel from

I'll second that!
My wife and I loved the Laura Bow series and were very sorry to see it end so abruptly.

Space Quest hands down. The first one I played was Vohaul's Revenge and it has a very special place in my heart. Roger Wilco became my all-time favorite character!

King's Quest is missing

??? ??? ???

i just noticed that! i checked the old poll and it's not there either, but that can't be: 1. i'd never forget KQ and 2. ppl refer to KQ in that particular thread without mentioning it missing! so really i have no idea what happened!!! ???

Gabriel Knight series for me.  Have only played one of the King's Quest and of course in my usual style of backwardness,  in the GK series I did two before one.

Gabriel Knight series for me as well.
Panayotis, you also forgot the Manhunter games and the Leisure Suit Larry games, which would be my second & third choices respectively. Your poll is runty!

Most definitely, Gabriel Knight.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Larry WAS there and so was KQ... if you add up the percentages you'll realise there's smth wrong! i don't know, maybe it's a bug of that particular forum... i left a post asking what happened... Manhunter was left out deliberatly since i don't consider it to be a pure sierra adv (though i enjoyed them both very much)... the only sierra series i trully forgotten was Phantasmagoria, probably because i was only thinking of classic 2d 3rd person sierra advs

seems that so far Gabriel is the winner on this forum, as opposed to quest for glory being the older poll winner (and Larry and KQ WERE THERE FFS ALKIS!!!)

While I obviously have an affinity for the Sierra Westerns (Frontier Pharmacy Rules!), my favorite Sierra series were:

1.  Gabriel Knight
2.  Space Quest
3.  Laura Bow
4.  King's Quest
5.  Heroe's Quest (Still have the HQ Box and a 486 to run it on!)
Honorable mention to the Conquest's series (Longbow and Camelot) and Leisure Suit Larry.  Cripes, I can't think of too many Sierra games I did not like, and I won't name them here anyway.
