And what undies was he wearing? I mean, if it's a tight straight skirt and it sounds it, riding up that way, then anyone standing in front of the bus could see ... ahem... well, the front windows on our buses are very low indeed.

We Syberians knew about skirts a long time ago, having a member to the forum that showed us how practical they were.
And they were much more stylish than the link here. Not to say this guys skirt was ugly. Well yes I am. Just know that we saw better skirts a couple of months ago.
