Best Buy currently has a partnership with NetFlix to push people to sign up for the service, in which they are offering coupons if you say you might be interested in signing up with NetFlix.

If you say that you are interested in joining, they will give you a DVD case with coupons in it. Among the coupons are one for $5.00 off any video game or accessory at $19.99 and over and one for $5.00 off any PC software title at $19.99 and over. In addition to some other coupons for DVD movies, etc.

There is no obligation to join NetFlix and the coupons could come in handy!

I have to say I have been a Netflix member for almost 2 years and it is a great service.  If you rent a lot of movies like I do, then for a flat fee of $20 a month you get all the movies you want.  I usually get about 8 movies a month so it comes out to about $2.50 per rental for me.

Everything is handled by mail, you pay no postage, there are no late fees, you don't waste time traveling back and forth to the video store

Deleted UserChalk me up as another satisfied Netflix member.  We use the lower level of service.  $15 a month and we can only have out two at a time.  But given our differing work schedules it works very well.  A DVD might sit here for four days before we get time off together to watch it.  And because we live in Arkansas and Netflix is in Texas, the movies usually get here in 2 days.  We almost always get them a day before they tell us to expect them.

The plan I'm on for $20 a month you can keep the movies for as long as you want.  For example, I think I had Adaptation here for over a month before I got in the mood to watch it.  In the meantime I always had 2 other movies that I would watch and return.

I think though I may switch to the plan that BarcardiJim is on for the winter months as I've seen most of the summer releases that will be on dvd then, plus I tend to purchase some of the big name movies like Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc.
