Because I have a newer computer for some of my older games, I sure could use HELP in using Mo'slo or Turbo.  I have downloaded Mo'slo and installed it.  Now what?  How or where or what do I do with it in any game?  Please be gentle in your instructions!
One of the games that I am trying to play is Beyond Atlantis 2.  I cannot even install it.    Thank you.

One of the games that I am trying to play is Beyond Atlantis 2.  I cannot even install it.

I don't think that has to do with the processor speed but here goes:
In Mo'slo you have a parameter that indicates which percentage of your CPU time the application needs to use, that is, at what percent of your CPU speed the game will run. Generally, with a 1 GHz processor, a 20% value its ok.
So, what you need to do is to run Mo'slo from the command line with the following syntax:

"MOSLO /percentage path\filename

where percentage is the value I mentioned before and filename is the file you wish to run under Mo'Slo.
You'll probably need to experiment a little with the percentage value.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.

I'm sorry, Rael, but did I mention that I needed "gentle" instructions?
I think I need more simple words.  I know computers, but this is not an area that I have much experience.  So, could you please break it down more or something?  Are we talking about going into DOS?  and changing lines in there?

Also, why do you think I cannot install Beyond Atlantis 2?  Very strange.  I installed the first two  games with no problem.  What does this game not have, that the first two did?  Or vice versa?  Any thoughts?

Deleted UserIf you're in DOS: write:
[path to MOSLO.EXE] [/percentage] [file.exe/com]
ex: You want to run Space Questat 25% of the speed, MOSLO.EXEis in the same folder as the game:

MOSLO /25 SIERRA.COM

BTW: I never got the 2.1 version to work.

Deleted UserIf you use Windows don't bother, just use Turbo.

Deleted UserActually It couldn't get anymor simple: When opened, press "Turbo", a window "set speed" apears. Change the value of "Turbo speed:" (percentage) press OK, the "current speed" value is now changed to whatever you wrote. Play your game with Turbo running in the background, and when you're done playing close down Turbo (the X button in the upper right corner) which will set the value to 100 again.

Deleted UserThe problem with those old DOS games are that they use the CPU to set the speed, this causes the game to run to fast, it does not effect the installation.
