Okay, they wrote right to left, bottom to top (isn't this fun).
You wrote down the markings on the arm, right?
Look at the accounting documents and they will give you what the symbols on his arm stand for in numbers.
Go around to the hammer part and remember, bottom to top and right to left for numbers and remember bottom to top for his arm numbers, hit in the order you get this.
