As for the rest, well.. I do enjoy the odd bowl of cereal from time to time, yet I rarely think to pick up a box of the stuff. Now that you've got me thinking about it, I'll probabky get some next time I head out foodshopping.
Have to agree about the Captain Crunch. It's like eating little yellow barrels of sandpaper. Makes me worry about scarring the roof of my mouth. I haven't noticed any other ill effects from other cereals, though, aside from the Captan Crunch peanut butter stuff, which leaves me feeling as if my mouth were coated on the inside with some sort of numbing agent. Kind of difficult to describe.
In any case, the one cereal that I most prefer is Quisp. It's quite hard to find, though. I can't buy it anywhere near where I live. I miss it. It is nice.
