It should be very easy to pick up SS2 in the UK. It is available in a compilation called "The Biggest Names, The Best Games 4."

Just so ya know, you can also get SS2 brand new on eBay for $29.90 American plus $10.00 airmail shipping. The sellers ship all over the world and have it in stock now (plus they have a very good feedback rating).
Here's the listing (they have multiple copies). I just picked it up myself.
I'd actually been looking for places in the US to buy it, and all I could find here are people are selling it used with scratched discs and no box or manual for $20 and up.
