It looks like a pretty decent RPG, and I like that it has a turn based mode. Just thought I'd try to get some feedback on it.

Thanks.

I liked Arcanum very much... the gameplay is somewhat similar to Fallout although the gameworld is totally different of course. Yes, combat can be switched between realtime and turn-based at any time.
I forgot my sig.

Cool thanks for the scoop. I like the gameplay for fallout, but I don't like world too much. On the other hand I really like the sounds of the Arcanum world. Sounds like a game for me!

I really couldn't get into Arcanum. True, there seems like a lot of things that would enthuse me, like the mix between magic and technology, but somehow, I just couldn't get interested in the game.

The pace seemed to be too slow and the endless walking around annoyed me.

Arcanum is good but I couldn't get into it, I don't think I really gave it a chance though.

I didn't like Fallout too much and the same goes for Arcanum. In fact I started playing and almost immediately quit. I'm too conventional when it comes to RPGs I guess.

I loved Arcanum.
I'll readily admit I haven't played many RPGs, but Arcanum is definitely in my top 3 favourites with Planescape:Torment and Fallout.

There are many sidequests to do, the story is engaging though not as rich as P:T's. I am sorry I finished it and will surely re-install soon.
Beta-tester of 'The Path', 'Rhiannon', 'Scratches', 'Hope Springs Eternal', 'Time Stand Still', 'Frasse and the Peas of Kejick', '1893: A World's Fair Mystery', 'Carte Blanche' and 'Oakhaven Plantation' a.o.&&

That's sounds good.

I've recently tried out Planescape and Fallout, I love that I can play them in turn based mode. But the big thing is that I really can't get into those worlds. I think I'd really dig the arcanum world, and the gameplay sounds similar to what I like.
