What people here really want is to see more games from the same developers that made their favourites. Grim Fandango 2 would never work, but if you put the development team back together, think what they could come up with! The same applies to GK4. Jane Jensen's new game is likely to be just as good as yet another installment of Gabriel and Grace's adventures.

Status : Online | I'm not really someone that's hung up on sequels. The whole Final Fantasy series has pretty much turned to dung, which puts me off game franchises.
But there's still a few I'd like to see. Namely...
The new Jane Jensen game. Not a sequel I know, but I still want it. Want, want, want!!
And on that point, Gabriel Knight 4.
And a novelisation of Gabriel Knight 3, while we're at it. The howling GK-whore that I am.
Syberia 2 should be fun. I'd buy a copy eventually too.
Longest Journey 2 would be a game that I'd buy on the first day of it's release. Like I did with GK3. Had to slaughter five people on the way to the shop to get that. Well, didn't really have to, but it was fun....
Oh, and Phantasy Star 5 would be cool.
Aside from them, I don't really think any other game would absoloutely require a sequel. A few more expansions for Morrowind wouldn't hurt, though. But as for actual sequels, not necessary.

Back to topic though- I'd like to see a sequel to Discworld Noir- I was kinda disappointed with the ending.
Also, I'm kind of scared of how the TLJ sequel will be like. I'd like one with the April we know and love but this sequel will have a different main character.
I'd also like a sequel for Post Mortem. Same characters, different plot sort of thing. I just really liked the characters in Post Mortem, they can change everything else if they want.

Status : Online | My most wanted adventure sequel still is Sam and Max 2!
After that, other sequels I really want to play someday: - GK 4 - Maniac Mansion 3 - Monkey Island 5
Games that already have official "sequels", but that I feel are not really worthy of the original games: - Alone in the Dark (this time, I wan't to play as the original Edward Carnby) - Indiana Jones (the adventure game, NOT the action game . At least, there are 2 adventure fan sequels in the works ). - Leisure Suit Larry 8 (I wan't to see the original premise for Larry 8: Lust In Space). - Simon the Sorcerer (I waited a lot of time and I all I got was a crappy game with so-so humor. I am still waiting for a GOOD sequel ).
And now for some obscure games that I think deserve some sort of sequel: - Dragonsphere - Laura Bow
Very unlikely sequel that I would love to see: - The Dig
