I want to buy the new google/samsung tablet Nexus 10, because it seems to be the best available tablet right now.

Only, for some diabolical reason*, the device is not available in my country or the Netherlands. 

Nor do we have access to the online google play store.

So unless i drive +200 miles i can forget ever getting this tablet 

I hate localisation and other ridiculous marketing reasons for not releasing a product in a certain region.

More free market and globalisation please!!!

One can make the argument that the hardware of certain tablets equals or surpasses the iPad (or iCrap if you prefer), but, in the end, it's the thousands upon thousands of apps that separates the iPad from the rest. Apple has such a lead in that area, that unless one has very restricted software needs or a restricted budget, the iPad is going to win out for some time.
