Status : Offline | Ah I'm using old stuff. But sometimes it works and at other times nothing. So it's my end that's at fault. Okay, thank you for that Fnord. I'm still on XP with an old IE6 or 7. Maybe I'll try another browser when I hit issues. Thank you.

I would really recommend upgrading the browser, there are things those old browsers don't support and security issues left unfixed. Basically any of the current modern browsers (latest version of IE, Firefox, Chrome or Opera) will work better, and you'll probably see an improvement in speed as well. And as XP is still so widely used, the only browser that is no longer continuously updated for it is Internet Explorer.

Edit: That was short enough to avoid problems!

Status : Offline | I find I can't go back and edit a post easily and for some reason posting an image requires me to return to the post, edit it and then resubmit if I want the image to be visible.
I also miss the blow kiss smiley we used to have. When you think of all the canons and tanks and machine guns we have which we don't use, I really think it's a terrible oversight not keeping the happy smilies.

Yea, the fact that you need to go back and edit posts to insert images with [ img ] tags is quite annoying. The insert/edit image function does seem to solve that issue though, at least for me.
I suspect that the list of smiles that we have are just defaults that comes with the forum software. Why else would we have this one?
Or the Tengil smiley:   officially known as "knight", but I think we all know who it is based upon)
