I've just run across the indie game Montague's Mount, described as, "A first person psychological rollercoaster ride through isolation, desolation and one man's tortured mind...that touches topics not normally associated with gaming." Sounds like my kind of game.

It takes place on an island located off Ireland and uniquely features the Irish Language (Gaeilge), with subtitle options for other languages, including English.

The game's look is somewhat reminiscent of Dear Esther. It's to be released in three episodes, and developer Polypusher Studios has campaigns up on both Indie GoGo and Steam Greenlight.

The game is also on Facebook and Twitter.
