If anyone was wondering why this is related to adventure games, it's created by Bryan Wiegele, creator of the Delaware St. John adventures, and is meant to be a stepping stone towards creating an adventure game.

I conducted a short interview with Mr. Wiegele about the project and (mostly) the adventure plans. You can find it here.

Thank you for posting this!

To give everyone an overview of the project; we're trying to create a new story to build a fan base to turn this into a 3rd person point and click adventure game.  We knew we'd never raise the funding to do a game right away so we went with a much, much cheaper route and a way for us to help build a fan base through telling a great story.

By pledging to help this project you can get all kinds of cool stuff like issues of the comic, desktop wallpaper, signed artwork and even very limited edition statues.  Through the funding of this project, we're laying the groundwork to build it into an adventure game I'm very excited for and hope you can see the potential as well!

We're actually down to the last 4 days and could REALLY use your support today!

Thank you!

Good mornign JA readers!

We're down to the final 72 hours and are about 50% funded for the project.  The way Kickstarter works, if we're even short $1 at the close of the campaign, we don't get funded.

Remember, you can pledge ANY amount you want, $1, $5 or more! Please take a moment to read over our rewards and see the great stuff you'll receive as a thank you for showing your support! Your credit card will NOT be charged unless we're successful.

As we count down the last few days, we're anxious for the outcome! With your help we can successfully begin the project and lay the foundation for something bigger

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

We’re down to our final 30 hours of our attempt to raise the funding for The Red Queen of Oz project!

We’ve come a long way but we still have a ways to go! If you can see this potential realized as a graphic adventure game like I do, I ask for you to show your support! $3,000 is actually not that far off and we can still achieve this if we can find the people who believe in it.

If you cannot afford to contribute, I ask you to please show your support by sharing our page with anyone you think would be interested.

Thank you!
