I went to clear out old PMs I sent, but the delete button doesn't work.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Can it be fixed?

I can delete both sent and received.

That's helpful, CB, because it tells me what's normal.  I have the usual check boxes next to the sent messages with a Delete Selected button, and I get the message asking me if I'm sure I want to delete these messages, but when I say yes, the messages are still there.  Also, there's no individual delete button under the open message as there is under my inbox messages.  I guess it's time to open a help desk ticket on this.

I opened a help desk ticket yesterday and support got back to me today.  It's not a high priority item, but they'll look into it asap.  Thanks for the prompt reply, Support!
