Another ex-runner here- these days i just don't seem to have the time to keep it up regularly enough to get anywhere close to a decent distance, i guess one needs to get addicted to those endorphins all over again to get the habit to 'stick'. 

Nice to meet you, and also sorry to see JA staff 3 go, who served as our friendly moderator fo rmany many years.

No disrespect Eliot, but I think your promise has just about as much credibility as 'the cheque's in the mail'.
