I'm so sorry you're having probems with your order. I'm not directly involved with the JA Store, but I've asked the appropriate parties to please look into this.

I took care of your order and emailed you the appropriate links and serials for your games. Did you get my email? If not then let me know so I can take care of you asap. Thanks for being patient with us, for after all we are human here at JA unlike some of our competitors.
