Is everyone else having trouble with this sale?
Or course there are a few surmountable problems, like the tip being a radio button and when it is selected it being the total amount instead of an additionnal amount (you can pay less then the minimum).

But even when you go throuhg with it (and I have done this twice now) you dont get your games, you just get charged.

I just bought. How do we get the games? I just got emailed an invoice but no instructions on how to download...or is this going to be mailed?

I'm sorry you have both had problems with your orders. My involvement doesn't extend to the JA Store, but I've notified the appropriate parties concerning what you've posted.

I assure you this is not a scam in any way shape or form & everyone will get their games. If you have any problems please contact our support helpdesk & it will be resolved.

I contacted the help desk.  Not only was the issue not resolved, but there was no response at all.

They just finally "replied" to mine by sending the download instructions and serial keys.

I also got email from them with download links and serial numbers. Thank you! I hope you fix this system so future purchases will not be a hassle.

     I am sorry it being Sunday my morning was tied up. I have gotten to all placed orders as of now. We didn't learn of this until after the sale began and going forward there is an email that confirms we will be fulfilling these purcahses shortly. Thanks to all of you for being patient. Ok. How do we know if we get  Dead Reefs? Deal said if they sold over 1000. Did they? If so how do we get the game. Never got an email about it.

I believe their facebook accouint at some point said they were halfway there. I imagine they did not make it.
But if you want the game GamersGate has some nice sales occasionally and it is only $5 normally (no idea what it is like on the JA store, but adventure game only stores tend to be extra expensive from what I have seen). This is what I did, during a sale, after I gave up on geting it from the PWYW sale.
