My brother is getting married this August, late actually.  The wedding is going to be very small immediate family only.  Hopefully everything will go without any problem.  Last thing we need is an old flame of the bride coming during the "And if there is any reason..." (you know the rest,) and somehow steal the bride away.

What a bizarre scenario.  Is it at all likely?

This is true.   But at least I am only entertaining myself by reading it - just think of the minds that write such nonsense!

So, here's another "deep, dark" to satisfy your evil gene:

During President Jimmy Carter's country inaugural bash down in Plains, Georgia, there were a shortage of beds after all the bubbas and sheilas passed out and Jimmy said Roslyn was away so I could share his childhood bed, if I didn't mind.

No prob, I said, just lemme wash off the pig juice, peanut shells and general stage grime.

Nothing happened, I assure you. Everything was on the up-and-up. Mr. Carter stayed on his side of the bed, and I on mine.

But I didn't sleep well - at all. The glare off President Carter's teeth from a little night light was like a laser beam aimed directly into my eyeholes.

Hopefully, this admission of impropriety will quell all rumours about how I have led my life beyond reproach.
