Has anyone heard anything about these lately?  I thought both of them were supposed to be out in late 2011 but here it is closing in on mid 2012 and both are still "coming soon". Does anyone have any idea as to updated release dates?

According to this page, Bracken Tor will be released sometime in Q2 2012. We're almost there now, so they'd better hurry.

Regarding The Last Crown, Jonathan Boakes wrote the following on this page in December 2011:

The Last Crown, not remotely finished and certainly not as polished as need be, gets shunted back to a 2012 release date: "Frustrated to say that TLC2 won't be making the Christmas stockings this year. But, the wheels keep turning. Still working away as the Cornish skies turn a wintry grey. I'm working hard to make two worthy sequels, so there's less of a wait between 2 and 3. I like to think TLC1 set up a little world, with the sequels there to explore deeper into things and expose old truths, some more surprising than others!"
