Hi Stella,

 

I have updated your support ticket and also sent you a direct email personally. I am not sure how you slipped through or what the email situation is. But I assure you we are working right now to take a look at how this happened and fix it so other customers do not expieirnce it. Stella if I can ever be of assistance I am always available at the helpdesk. Emails can get a bit confussing for us on this end because we can't always see what was said prior so we may repeat ourselves etc. We also don't have nearly as much tools available outside of the helpdesk. In the long run it's a better expirience and lends for more accuracy and a faster resolution even if it seems uncarring. I assure you we do very much care about YOU the customer. If there was no you I would be in the bread line. Also we are all gamers as well and know how frustrating it is to buy something and be excited about it and then not get anything. Thanks for trusting us with your game purchase and I hope that from now on you'll see us a bit differently.

I bought Corrosion this past Aug both as a d/l and a hard copy (DVD case/disc). Now I have some questions:

 

Since I didn't want to bother with the d/l copy I got in the bundle (I was really after the hard copy - love these boxes/discs), I chose to keep the hard copy so,

 

--Q # 1: can I install the hard copy as a stand alone game from the disc?

 

--Q # 2: since I prefer to install/play the hard copy of the game, will I need the serial number (to date, I still hadn't installed my hard copy of Corrosion, let alone open the box/DVD case)?

 

--Q # 3: where do I find the full, complete walkthru for the game?
