I just finished with Syberia( a point and click movie) and now I'm starting to replay some games from my past.
I just redid Shivers and now I just started Grim Fandango again.  I havent played GF since 1999 and I'm already reminded how much better this game is than everything I played recently.
We may have years, we may have hours, but sooner or later we push up flowers.

Just finished The Mystery of Time and Space.  A free adventure available to download from: http://www.adventuregamescoalition.com/game.htm

The first 8 "levels" are available to play. The plot seems to be - escape from this building finding ways of unlocking the doors between you and freedom...

A fun little interlude, and now back to The Omega Stone, CSI, and The Sydney Mystery....

Still adventuring after all these years!

Patiently awaiting The Last Crown: Haunting of Hallowed Isle, and Bracken Tor...

... and Asylum if it's not tooooo scary...

Last night I started Full Throttle... and about four or five hours later I was done with it! Why the heck can't good games be longer?

So now I'm back to Heroes of Might & Magic IV which I stopped playing almost exactly three months ago because it was taking up too much of my spare time

I forgot my sig.

Well, Gamaholic,

Get going on Morrowind and Tribunal, the new addon will be out in May.  It took me months to get everything done for my character in both games and includes all the small side quests.  It has been a labor of love and hate.  Think just before the addon is released I will go back to it just to get the feeling and sense of the game. The game really draws you in if you like it.

So hurry up, though I would imagine like with Tribunal you will be able to teleport in between the games.

Can you see a job interview.  'And what are your hobbies?'  you reply Morrowind.  Sorry I didn't understand what you said, Morrowind?  Church? No,
Sports? No, Reading? No, My spare time is Morrowind.

Or like the last words uttered by Kane, 'Rosebud' ours will be Morrowind.

I'm currently playing Pleurghburg Dark Ages that I downloaded recently and quite enjoying it.   Forget who mentioned it on the forum, but it's surprisingly good for a freebie.  Also bought Discworld Noir, but haven't actually installed it yet.

LOL Gayle

yep, this game is more a lifestyle than just a game.  personally, i'm taking my sweet time through it, so i'm not too far in the main plot, just the first two quests.  But i'm doing all the guild quests for all three guilds, though my character is a thief.  One thing interesting about the game, is that leveling isn't based on points acquired during quests (like Might and Magic e.g.);  as a thief one can STEAL levels, by looting homes, making moolah and buying beaucoup training.

I also tried some of the plugins...very cool.  Not the ones aimed towards cheating, i.e. high level weapons or caches early on.  But I added on a cool hidden house accessed in Seyda Neen.  It was fun cause i had to figure out how to access it, ala a mini quest.

I did plugin one addon that's a semi cheat but it's way fun...a teleporter ring that will bring you to any master trainer you choose.  not only is it a fast way to get to the training session of choice, but it gives you a sneak preview of different areas of the world...before i venture out of the trainer's room (where the ring takes you) i save....usually the area outside is so high level i'm slaughtered

That which makes one happy is not a waste of time

Now, after 13 years, I finally found this game on eBay. I still remember everything (although my sister was playing because I didn't know english) and it makes me want to cry. Ohhh..... The memories......

It's not hard even for a foreign(don't forget it's text based interface).
