| Deleted User | I am finishing the very old (1996 I think) and very excellent Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Rose Tattoo. I have played about half of Nancy Drew and the Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake which is a very nice game.
Now I have to decide what to play when these two are completed. Oh, pain.

Well tough question!!! I have finished everything i have and i don't know what to play (waiting for Runaway). However, i could say that i am re-playing King's Quest 2 remake just for fun and to 'kill' my time.
Resistance is not futile, we're gonna win this thing, humankind is too good, we're not a bunch of under-achievers! We're gonna stand up, and we're gonna be human beings. We're going to get fired up about the real things, the things that matter! Creativity, and the dynamic human spirit that refuses to submit.

Status : Online | I just installed The Crystal Key the other night. A lot of people suggested I play other games next (The Longest Journey, Torin's Passage, Black Dahlia), but I went with The Crystal Key because I started playing it years ago and never finished it. I hate leaving things undone, so I will definitely get to the end this time.
I just finished playing Nancy Drew Stay Tuned For Danger the other night. I'd been at the end of the game (with the white triangle puzzle) for about two weeks now, but playing at the master level gives you only about 15 seconds to solve it, and after literally 3 dozen attempts (as well as trying to get my boyfriend to solve it), I gave up. I didn't give up totally however, I just started a new game, chose junior level and used a walkthrough to play the game through in less than 2 hours. When I got to the triangle puzzle, it's less difficult on junior level, and I was able to complete it and see the ending. By the way, there was no unlimited time patch available for the master level on that puzzle, so there was no way of getting around it.

Status : Online | I'm currently playing Operation Flashpoint. I've been playing for 2 months now and the game just never seems to end. There's at least 40 missions in the campaign. Next I'll be onto Civ 3, since I feel bad for not buying it when it first came out.

| Deleted User | I just bought Il2 Sturmovik - Forgotten Battles, and it's absolutely beautiful and very intense. I'm also getting back into Haegemonia, which has a nice RPGish character-driven story going, and have forgotten all the puzzles in Broken Sword 2 and am playing it again!

I've read the manual and looked over the box and I must admit that it does look very nice!

Gosh it's tough playing a game when there's no hints for it online. Makes me sorta nostalgic though.

Status : Offline | Just completed Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force in a couple of days, got my FPS fix out of the way, now it's back to the Adventures.....
Still deciding what's next. Loaded up Dark Side of the Moon, which looks promising, but I'm having teething trouble with the text graphics, so I might not carry on with that till I can fix it.
Still have GK3 in the 'to play' pile - but I'm saving it for a rainy day.

Hi dombrewer:
If you enjoyed Elite Force, I think you would definitely enjoy Star Trek Deep Space Nine: The Fallen. It's a really under-rated game. If you try it, make sure to install both patches (ouch, one is large at about 32mb if I remember correctly) and play as Kira or Sisco first. Also, the message board for the game at the following link is great.

Hey ADog,
How do you like Nightlong? I have that game and haven't played it yet (I know, I know....like the majority of my collection). I see so little about it, but it looks like an interesting game kind of away from the average adventure-in-another-land/time game.

Although it is completely a keyboard-driven interface (i.e., no mouse support except on the Main Menu), I managed to program my Gravis Xterminator Digital Gamepad to perform all functions.
All reviews and even the manual says you cannot use a gamepad or joystick, but that is simply not true.
The Xterminator can be programmed to perform all key presses and in doing so, sure makes this somewhat wanky game much more playable.
Please proofread your posts carefully to see if you any words out.

( I've played a few chapters of Sanitarium too, but unfortunately I have to install Win98 again first. Sanitarium is too unstable in XP...)
