I got this game and installed it but it doesn't start  and it tells me that the Screen Adapter is not set up properly. 

It's an ATI Radion  4650 and it plays Oblivion and DS3 so I am sure it must be fine.  

How can I fix this? I don't see any troubleshooting help in the game files.

Try changing the resolution (of the game) - there were many to select from as I recall.

Ok

I found the setup for it but when I selected the reselution and Video card it still says it's not set up.

I also installed it on my other computer with a higher end flat screen monitor and it did the same thing.

I can select the video card and resolution and the game still fails to start.

That's odd - maybe a driver issue. I played the game on a flat screen monitor without issue.
