Sorry, but you MUST stop my email notifications.  I cannot turn them off in My Account Forum Settings.  And your Help Ticket is not working.

I'm really sorry about the trouble you're having, Halcyon.

Helpdesk Tickets aren't working for me and at least one other member either. I've reported this problem, as well as the one you're having turning off email notifications. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Uh-oh. I've just discovered that emoticons have stopped working for me. I'll be reporting that also.

As I have no emoticons, just let me say:

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Quite the Adventure is right!

I'm waiting for a puzzle we can solve that will make all forum problems vanish.

Hi all, the Preview should be back now, and the Helpdesk Ticket should also be working

Well, as Meat Loaf once sang, "Two out of three ain't bad."

I'm glad your p/w change worked and your smilies are back, Winfrey!

My smilies are not back. I can see 'em, but clicking on 'em does nothing. And preview still yields a server error (404 Not Found).

Wah. Wah. Waaaah.

I'm now able to send a Helpdesk Ticket. However, the default priority is 3, I changed it to 5 and it reverted back to 3 when I sent the ticket.

I've fixed the priority issue when submitting tickets.

With the Preview button, you'll probably have to clear your cache as the RTE caches the javascript files which is why it's pointing to the old missing location.

I'm not sure what's wrong with the quick smilies (down the left site), as they work for me in the Firefox, Chrome and IE8.

Whether I click in the content area first or not, clicking a smilie always puts the text version of it in the textarea.

With the removal of subscriptions, they have to be done on each Topic you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe by clicking the link on any of the pages in that topic, or the link included in the email sent.

The option in your profile is just a default option so you dont have to manually subscribe to topics you post in. It doesnt turn on/off subscriptions as a whole.

Goodness, I think the title of this thread ought to be changed to reflect the collection of problems it contains.  Looks like we really need this thread.

I'm not sure if this post will succeed.  I haven't been able to post a comment for the past couple of days.  I switched browser to firefox to see if that makes a difference.

Hi, sorry about that. We had some problems with the mail server which caused issues with posting.

All fixed now!
