No, no, it's my fault, and my rather unclear phrasing. I should have clarified that I wasn't looking for a word starting with "V", that I was just using "V" for vocabulary as a subject of the question.

Andromus, I love your questions.  How about we start a nice "trivial pursuit" type of thread in OT asking these kind of questions?  Similar to the screenshot thread - he who answers correctly poses the next question? 

It would be fun if we can think of a kind of "theme engine"  that generates themes that the questions should deal with, such as for instance you've used "goo" 'vocabulary'  and 'running' as themes for these questions of yours. 

Perhaps one could post a question plus a theme for the next person to adhere to when it is their turn.

That's a neat idea, I'd certainly participate in a thread like that. And having the last questioner set the next theme adds a fun twist.

Sorry for the delay, folks. I was one of those who got cut from the forum due to the glitches, and just got back on now. Now, where was I? Ah, yes. Last but not least, here's a trivia question to win Half Life 2. A Greek letter appears as part of the title of the Half Life games. Which letter is it? For Half Life 2 it is the Greek Letter "Lambda" kind of like our English L.
