A press release dated 30 Nov 2011 from Focus Home Interactive states that The Testament of Sherlock Holmes for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC is to be released in early 2012. You can watch a teaser trailer here .

 

I understand that motion capture of real actors and a new engine built specially for the game are being used. I think it looks pretty impressive.

I love Sherlock Holmes and I have wondered over the years why no game has been done that is at the level of say Vampire The Masquerade for him, he is such a great subject for a good adventure or action game, maybe this will be it. thanks for the posting K.
