since my Amiga disk days i've been searching for all the talkie versions of the Sierra and Lucasarts advs that i used to play text-only... i seem to have found everything that actually had such a version but i'm not sure about Conquests of the Longbow and Indy and the Last Crusade... i think they were only released as text-only versions but i'm not sure... anyone knows smth about that?

I'm pretty sure Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade never talked (though Indy IV did). I'm not certain about Conquests of the Longbow. I don't think there was a talkie version but the game is much more recent so there could be. The version I played (on a PC) was on floppies and didn't talk, that's all I know.
I forgot my sig.

well indy-tlc as well as mi1&2 are the ones i thought had speech... now i am sure mi1&2 hasn't but i still have a small doubt about indy... you're probably right though

as for cotl i even emailed sierra about it and about sq5 and they only answered about sq5!!! haven't come across anything though for too long so my guess is this one also has no talkie version

Well, I can tell you for certain that Indy and Tender Loving Care...  er...  The Last Crusade, and the MI 1+2 games didn't have speech.  Your search comes to an end!

But I can't say for sure about Cotl.  Your search goes on!
