It did, and for the worse I'm afraid. Can't say it looks much like a gaming site anymore.

Status : Offline | Uh oh. I just noticed the mouseover pop-up line: the green check mark, the red x, etc., and I accidently clicked the red x (which means disagree) and now markornikov has me disagreeing with what he posted.
I'm sorry, markonikov. It was way too easy to "disagree" with you. Sorry about that. I'll try to avoid that rating thing from here on. I don't like rating my friends' posts. I would rather just tell them why I agreed or disagreed or just plain threw up by what they said.
Actually, I'm terrified of being rated by the click of a mouse or some other input device.

Aha, so that's what those little icons are for ... *scratches head* Well, how's this: Apparently I accidentally 'reported' my own post. I managed to get myself into hot water with the new admin - how's that for beating a "disageree"? ROFL Not sure what we're supposed to report on, but anyway.. I'll just look on here from the peanut gallery... XD
Yaah, Mark if you disagree with my post I'll report you. I now know where the button is...

Don't accept drinks from people you know. That is when things like this happens.

I'm glad to see the site get a make-over as the old main site was a disaster. The new one is functional and a great place to start. It will take some getting used to and I hope they keep adding features and tuning it going forward.
On the plus side the site now had 100% more bagpipes.

I also had one in the Other games forum - I suppose it's ok to let that one go, since Fnord started up a new one already.
However, there are a few threads in the "Other games " subforum that would really be appreciated if you could get them back; since the threads had some nice info in them that it would be nice to be able to go back on: The one was called: "Revenge of the Strategy Nerds" (in which a few of us kept posting news about strategy games)
Also, a thread about The Witcher. I think it was called "The Witcher ending and super spoiler thread" ... or something like that. Especially those two threads and extra especially the Witcher one, has a lot of personal value for me personally, since we had had a really awesome discussion in that Witcher thread.
There are actually quite a few others too, but it would be really nice if you could get those back.

@ Drew: It would also be very nice if you could bring back a thread in the adventure game forum called: "Adventure Screenshot Game" We were still posting quite regularly in that one. Thanks, you'd be our hero if you can restore some of the missing threads.

I must say I liked the previous format - I knew where everything was but the site is a business and in today's connected world, it must stay abreast of the trends to satisfy the young 'uns. [looks for old-lady-on-a-rocking-chair smiley] I'm sure it'll keep our brains sharp learning the new ropes.
