Status : Offline | In a nutshell. The same rioting behaviour was seen in Greece recently, in Paris not so long ago, and in Britain in the 80s. Basically, the UK police went too soft by not getting the water cannon out (like other countries have no hesitation doing) and the mob discovered how much more fun they could have if they set fire to shops after they'd looted them instead of just running away.
Such behaviour is nothing new but no doubt Britain will now have all sorts of hand-wringing, finger-pointing inquiries and the miscreants they have caught will be let off by the courts because the jails are overflowing.
Sadly, some law-abiding citizens have been injured and killed trying to defend their property. >

It definately dosent refer to the nose here.
It might be due to the fact that there is a chain of sports/bar/restaurants here in the states called hooters and the waitresses wear cute little outfits with t-shirts that have "Hooters" across the boobs. So I guess thats kind of why that popped in my head first thing.
