Nature's first green is gold,&&Her hardest hue to hold.&&Her early leaf's a flower;&&But only so an hour.&&Then leaf subsides to leaf.&&So Eden sank to grief,&&So dawn goes down to day.&&Nothing gold can stay.

You need to first open up your NVIDIA control panel.
Click any of the sub headings under the "3D settings" tab.
Then on your tool bar select "3D settings" you will see an option for "show PhysX indicator" make sure there is no tick next to it, this will stop the message from displaying.
To open up your Nvidia control panel, click on your Windows button and select "Control panel". You will find your Nvidia settings in the Control panel function.
