Status : Offline | I've played it partially through under Windows 7. You'll need to locate a NoCD patch and run the game in compatibility mode for NT 4.0.
There was also an unofficial Vista patch that should also work. It was basically just a NoCD patch released by one of the developers (or so it stated).

Status : Offline | The game, and the No CD patch never worked for me when I tried to replay it, not even in Windows XP SP3 (my first playthrough was in Win XP SP1, it worked there).
I got so fed up, and I like the game so much, I bought it again from GoG, without any stupid DRM infestation, and it works perfectly in Windows 7, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
