It seems I overlooked a major infraction during the above exchange, which was dropping a letter to create the word ISSUED.
My subsequent reply changed that six-letter word to TISSUE and Traveller has since changed it to ISSUES.
What we should do is revert back to the last legitmate seven-letter word, which was SUBSIDE.
Assuming you all agree, I will change it to:
BESIDES

so.. Helen, do you mind if we go back to besides? I hope you don't feel misused now.
We could always have said 'tissues', I guess, eh, Terry?
Well, the next person can choose either
MISUSED
or..
BESIDES
(depending on whether that person is Terry or Helen - each would have to use the other one's word - no more 3 words per person. )

Just top avoid confusion, why don't Helen and I both abstain from forming the next word?
Go for it using either MISUSED or BESIDES, Trav or SW or Mark or...
Cheers, Terry

How about misuses?
I'm amused at how many misuses Mark can find for the English language.. ...or.. It's astonishing how Mark misuses the English language. 8-)
I shudder to think what he does to French! [smiley=devil_smiley_grintail.gif]

The slutie enlusts Mark after his tussles with Caroline's muscle-man.
ENLUSTS. (Don't check if that is a word. Clearly it is, since it happened to Mark). [smiley=angel.gif]

All the unrests that took place after people saw Mark's tussles with his sluties, usually took place after blood red sunsets.

It is now, you know. It's Mark's special word. I can even see Mark having fun with his sluties in my mind's eye. Mark probably met them while he was doing music for a strip joint.
