These are the games that are not in one's top 10 list, but are games that one always remembers with a special fondness. They may not be particularly sophisticated, heavily produced or all that original. The memory of playing them just gives one warm fuzzies for reasons that may not even be all that clear.

They aren't even the games that one would necessarily put as their top 11-15 (after one's top 10) since those may include games that are overall 'better' games for reasons that may include things like polished production, clever puzzles and overall sophistication.

My contribution:

1. Dracula Resurrection: An overall pleasant, rewarding experience without the brain-draining of my usual Myst game faves.

2. Syberia: Such a well-crafted, polished and original game. I think it was the opening music that hooked me from the get-go. Why did Sokal lose his way after Amerzone and the 2 Syberias?

3. Lights Out (Darkfall 2): Liked it better than the original Dark Fall since (for me) it was more straightforward and more relaxing to play perhaps due to requiring less note-taking. Highly recommend the updated version  available with an enhanced Dark Fall 1 on Boakes' Pins & Needles Dvd (and apparently separately also)

4. Secrets of the Luxor: This hard-to-find game is a game that for me was much like Dracula Resurrection: logical, linear, well-designed and simply fun to play.

5. Sam and Max (the original): There just isn't any game (that I know of) that is quite like the original Sam and Max. I still laugh at the memory of that classic opening cutscene.

The future ain't what it used to be!

Let's see:

1. Obsidian - claimed I didn't think it was great at the time but it keeps popping back in my mind.
2. Gadget - still nice to run through from time to time
3. Frankenstien: Through the Eyes of the Monster - I dunno, just like it
4. Full Throttle - not much of a Toon guy myself but is this an appealing one
5. Armed & Delerious - I like it's off-kilter graphical universe

Good idea. All my top ten games were games I had played twice because I had enjoyed them so much.
Obsidian - it got knocked out of my top ten by the GK3 game. As much as I liked Obsidian, I really got sucked into the GK story. I'm still miffed that we were left with a cliffhanger (is Grace pregnant???)
Beyond Atlantis - the China maze and the Rainbow Bridge were really good puzzles. The music was also excellent.
Secret of the Luxor - There was just so many fun ways to die, it was worth saving over and over again.
Faust Seven Games of the Soul - Both the music and the story were memorable. I loved Faust's voice.
Physicus/Bioscopia/Chemicus - ok, I'm going to lump these 3 together, since they all are similar. I loved reviewing each discipline, especially Chemistry. I thought they were well done, and had lots of puzzles you could sink you teeth into.

The 7th Guest -- The game that made soup cans a byword. I loved that puzzle, and nearly all of the game. It was one of my first puzzle oriented adventures, and I took to it like a duck to water.

Syberia -- What SirDave said. A truly charming and evocative game.

Riddle of the Sphinx -- Rough around the edges in a lot of ways, but I enjoyed it a lot. One of the few games I chose to put aside and take a break from when stuck and come back later with fresh perspective, rather than get help. And I had correctly predicted the big reveal at the end, which didn't hurt my general goodwill toward the game either.

Aura -- A game that's greater than the sum of its parts. Paper thin plot even for a puzzle game and quite possibly the most forgettable protagonist ever. But interesting environments, fun puzzles. Non-Mystie types sometimes grudgingly admit to liking it when pressed. What's not to love?

Safecracker (either incarnation, really)

Both are rather modest games in almost every aspect, but there's just something about exploring a mansion full of puzzles that I love.

Frankenstein/Mummy - Like Tincup, I can't explain it. I just loved them.

Phantasmagoria - I couldn't even play this thing as my PC at the time didn't have 4 Megs of RAM, LOL. I took it to my friends house and we both played it through. Good times! Was the game any good?I thought so, but it might have a lot to do with bringing back fond memories as well.

Death Gate/Shannara - Found myself in love with the graphics, story, and gameplay.

The Lost Crown -  One of the rare gems that slowly sucked me in and wouldn't let go. It consumed my thoughts for weeks, even months, after finishing it.

Aura - One of the few AGs I've played multiple times. It was the first real puzzle game that I finally understood the attraction of. It can only say it has those true "Aha!" moments that make you feel good about yourself for actually figuring out the solution as opposed to just getting lucky.

(1) Dracula: Resurrection - it was my first ever first person adventure and the one that made me fall in love

(2) The Lost Crown - I have never missed a game so sorely after finishing it
(3) Rhiannon: Curse of the Four Branches - I just re-played it and truly love the quirky indie feel.
(4) Faust - truthfully the two main character's didn't interest me much and I thought Mephisto looked like a douchey insurance salesman, but it was such a fun journey figuring out which of the seven souls were truly good.
(5)The DeFoe series. This Yahtzee fellow really knows how to squeeze maximum intrigue out of minimal production value. I still want more.

Cthulu loves me, this I know&&The Necronomicon tells me so

1) Callahan's Crosstime Saloon
An old classic that should be in many top 10 lists, but for some reason isn't. It's got everything, originality, humour and a fantastic story blending just about every genre there is.
2) Spaceship Warlock
A very old windows game, one of the first cd-rom games, and very amateurish. But I loved it. All I remember is it's in the future and you're on board a blimp-like spaceship with space pirates.
3) Gabriel Knight 3
My favorite of the GK games, I simply loved it. It was like you actually being in a movie, and not watching it as some games can be. Wish there were more like this one.
4) Amazon: Guardians of Eden
I remember this for the enormous number of ways to die, because pretty much each puzzle was to avoid dying. And it's a hell of a lot of fun!
5) Gateway/Gateway 2
This is so enjoyable, and the text interface is unbelievably smooth and playable. The story is gripping and doesn't let you go until the end.

Spaceship Warlock! Boy that brings memories... Lousy game, but curiously intriguing.
