As for Len, I think most people know when its not their place to make such statements even if they weren't told to not say anything which was most upsetting of all.
Can't wait to read your future articles!

It is really great to hear from you, Randy.
We're all very happy to learn you will remain a part of JA+. But mostly we are relieved to know that you are focusing primarily on your health.
As for Len, I truly believe he meant well. However, he should have been more discreet and at least asked you if it was okay to announce the sale.
Cheers, Terry

Just Adventure is the website that brought me back to Adventure games, so I am glad that it will still be running, even if under new management.
On that note, I would like to welcome the new owner and wish him good luck!

Good to hear you'll continue to write for the site. Looking forward to it!

Though I hated to see it get sold I understand completely, you need to concentrate on yourself and family. Even with the great people you have helping you here it would always have to be some kind of worry that you might have to deal with.
Anyway, I wish you and your family nothing but the best.

You know very well that you gave me nothing but helpful and honest encouragement when my fledgling project, Adventure Point UK, started a few short years ago, and I will always be eternally grateful to you for that.
Just Adventure was my inspiration just as it has undoubtedly been your passion-filled perspiration.
I can only hope to succeed in a small fraction of the way in which you have in an exemplary way your tireless work and devotion here.
You're doing the right thing Randy. Health and family always comes first. It must! Just don't forget us okay?!
Fondest regards,
Gelert.

He'll be having more chemo shortly, though, which always takes a lot out of him. But as I've said before, Randy's a fighter. If there's anyone who can get through this kind of stuff, it's him. I let him know he's definitely missed at JA.

Status : Online | Hello there dude. We haven't ever had any dialogue to my recollection. Just the way things are. Still I wish to do several things. Wish you to have a good and positive frame of mind in dealing with those adversities that life brings to all of us in different ways.
I wish you to keep your spirits up, and know that you can always talk to any and all of us here at JA to cheer your spirits up and listen to anything you want to tell us.
Second, I wish to thank you for creating this forum that is in a way a home away from home to many of us. At least to me in a kind of way. Whether is bantering and slogging it with others here, or getting a few good laughs, or whatever serious ideas or points of view. It is grand to have a place to land and interact with others who have similar tastes in games and adventure wonderlusts on the games that we play, talk about, and harp about.
I kind of think of this place like a type of electronic bistro, that you come to have a cup of coffee and apple pie, and wind up having a great meal sometimes.....figuratively speaking. And likewise staying and sharing good stories and life events with others.
Thank you man for doing this for all of us. Specially in these times where some people think of adventure games and their like as nothing less than vestiges of a bygone era.
Little do they know Randy.
