Status : Offline | Last week, I let Randy know that Terry and other well-wishers have been inquiring about him. I've just received the following email:
Feel free to update them if you like.
I have my 2nd chemo today, not doing well at the moment, but it's not from the chemo but more from all the side things, gout, kidney stones, sinus problems etc.
I'm sorry the news isn't better, but Randy's a fighter and I know he's gonna get through all of this. I just hope it can be sooner rather than later. He knows we miss him and that we're pulling for him.

Status : Offline | Thanks for the update, Karla and Randy. I have Randy in my thoughts all the time, and wish the best for him, and that his general health will soon improve, and that he will find the strength to bear with all his problems.
Thanks for your trouble, and that you care, Karla.

| Deleted User | Just stopping by during a brief internet reminiscence to wish Randy and his family best. I understand there's been a "goodbye, Randy" thread so I'm assuming the news isn't good, but even so, just wanted to leave a message with him in mind.
(wow, this forum is like a time capsule - barely changed since 2001!)

I wish you the best Randy!

Status : Online | I haven't been to this forum in years (last time I came I couldn't log in, but mainly I just didn't have time anymore), but just happened to drop by and see this thread, so I wanted to wish Randy good luck. He has always been a fierce and outspoken advocate for the adventure game genre. Keep on Truckin' Randy.
