Status : Online		I have been playing RHEM II and have opened the moon picture door with the two blue segments.  I then move over to the rotating hall way pass through and game stops.  I get the following message
Director Player Error
Unable to open file "e:\DATA_CD\NR10.dxr" because it is already open with write permission by another user.

How do I fix this?

Status : Offline		How did you install it?
Did you use the instructions for the manual full install in the Readme?
On the original version of RHEM 2, the automatic install had problems and the game worked better if you used the manual install described in the Readme. Also, make sure the game does NOT install to C:\Program Files.

If you want to try to reinstall, copy your saved games to a safe place beforehand.
