| Deleted User | It comes at a hefty 130 USD, though it does have a lot of swag included:
* The Vernon Roche Commando Jacket, which is: - Available only in Collector’s Edition - Unique item, obtained through one of the early-on quests - Very valuable object, that when equipped noticeably boosts player’s sword-fighting abilities. - Customization-wise, one of the best jackets the player will be able to find throughout the game (especially for sword-related character build). * Two Papercraft Figures Bonus * Cursed Coin and Pamphlet Making-of DVD * Official Soundtrack * World Map * Art Book * Geralt Sculpture * Temerian Coin * Dice Set * 3 Stickers * Playing Cards and Rulebook
I've already pre-ordered the regular version with Amazon, but I could change my mind.

Status : Offline | The only thing that gives me pause re the GOG version, is that such a huge download would take days for me, and I prefer having a boxed version anyway.
Also, maybe I can't really afford the CE.
..but one can always make exceptions, I suppose.. We'll see..

| Deleted User | I suppose I can live without the sculpture at least. Probably made in, well, you know. The premiun edition will be fine for me, although in terms of overall revenue hopefully many will side for the CE.
Not to purposely get off track since this has already been discussed, but watching that video (the one with the naked girl) keeps drawing my attention to Geralt's hairstyle. I know he sports a ponytail this time around, but somehow, at least to me, it just seems unnatural the way it rises up seeming to defy gravity. It must also be quite stiff, perhaps similar to Trav's horns since it never seems to bob or jiggle when you think it should. I suppose everything at this point could just be a preview.:-/

I just suddenly realised how risky it might be to reply to that one..

Yes, the whole thing is very tempting and it's the one game I'd really be prepared to spend cash on.
...if only I had more to spend.. [smiley=cry.gif]
* PS. What are you looking at his ponytail for in a video containing a naked girl?

I was focusing on something other than Geralt's hair (the stealth mechanics, if you need to know).
The art book that comes with the game looks quote massive. It is supposed to be 200 pages, which is quite a lot for an art book.
They could include a brand new processor and graphic card in the Collector's Edition... Yea, I suspect that that is requires for me to buy it as well.

| Deleted User | Not sure which version I'll be getting yet. Steam also has it for pre-order at the same price as GOG, so just might get it there. Steam lists the system requirements as:
OS: Windows XP/Vista/7 Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz or similar AMD Memory: 1 GB for Win XP / 2 GB for Win Vista Graphics: Nvidia GF 8800 512 VR or similar ATI DirectX®: Hard Drive: 8GB for game and 8GB bonus content Sound:
Though these requirements are not that steep, I'm still going to have to upgrade. I'm really looking forward to this game. Happy Gaming.

What?...Hmm. Really now, would I do something like that on purpose? OK, I wasn't quick enough to realize all those words mean the same.

Yeah yeah, niggle at me for missing the big picture. (that being my anxiety over how well I will be able to re-enact those stealth mechanics with my wrist and fingertips. Lighten up once in a while if you can, otherwise these posts seem to get sooooo boring.

hummm, they're not THAT bad. I may be able to play the game in low settings afterall... I will use Fable 3 as a sort of test to my system first though.

Yay, Inesrocks, I really, really hope you will be able to join us. [smiley=clap.gif] ..and Donna too.. We'll make a Witcher-adoring girly club here.
Yes, those specs are luckily within my own system's reach as well. 8-)

Man, that artbook... A friend showed me the one that came with the first game and it's INCREDIBLE. I've never seen an artbook that detailed before, except maybe for Metal Gear Solid series. I have Enhanced Edition because I won it in deviantArt contest (along with Geralt figurine, yes, I'm bragging now) but sadly that edition didn't include the artbook :C
100 euros is A LOT but I think I'd spend it on this game regardless. I love it and I want to support CD Projekt RED for being so incredible

Hey, guys....
About those system requirements: For me I find it difficult to distinguish whether they lean towards minimum or recommended as they are fairly in line with the DA games. It seems to me that they (CD Projekt RED ) would want this available as soon as possible so folks could plan accordingly.

What about those of us that want the FULL thing? there's no way to get all of these unless you buy them on ebay and then it's overpriced.
It sucks missing out on an entire outfight or something like finishing moves, those kinds of things always feel to me lilke they were "cut out" to get more money from stores.
