Status : Offline | Have these items been combined with something else in your invenory? Because I remember some items could be combined. Otherwise, I'd advise going back to where these items were originally found or reload an earlier save.

Status : Online | I seem to remember this coming up before. You might try going back to your saved game before the items vanished, and going from there. In my hazy recollection, the disappearances happened only when a very specific order of events transpired, and the likelihood that you'll hit on that specific order again is very slim.
But the more important question is: how far along in the game are you? And if you're not that far along, did you install the patch? I know it addressed several bugs and is widely available online. I can even email it to you if you don't have it, but the saved games you've got will NOT work with the patched version.
