Nice to hear! I'll be playing it after I finish Tree of Life.

Although I tried Black Mirror and did not like it, the screenshots from the sequel along positive reviews make me think I will become a fan of it.

Playing: Skyrim (ongoing)

Last Finished: can't recall, been too long.

Although I've been playing for 30 minutes, the game looks promising with nice graphics and coherent story so far. Let's see.

I don't want to put the cart before the horse but I find the game so far very easy.

Now Spoiler AlertI'm trying to open the safe.

Hang on, wasn't Black Mirror the game where
Spoiler Alert It turns out that your character was the villain and he kills himself?

If so, how could there be a sequel?

Because you don't play as Samuel, the main character of BM 1, now you play as Solitary Darren...

Ohhh I read that spoiler (I couldnt help it
) and now I feel I should have given Black Mirror a second chance. That must have been quite an arc to find out that!

I hated that ending. Still don't like it much even though I can appreciate it was a nice twist. But my first thoughts were Spoiler Alert I can't believe I had to save Samuel from certain death several times just in order to watch him kill himself in the end
I felt cheated. Also, the ending didn't explain much; in fact, it left a lot of questions unanswered. Unfortunately, the same is true for the sequel which does have its downfalls even if it's a good game with some nice twists that I didn't expect. Still, I expected a little more from it - more answers, less questions

The bad thing about this game is that it is very, very, very easy. And that's not good. Not good at all.

Deleted UserFINALLY. Received a shipping confirmation email this morning from The Hut. I'm also waiting for delivery of the original game which I will most likely try first.  On the other hand, perhaps both at the same time.  :-/

I'm terrible at these games so...  it sounds like I'd love it

Me too, LOL, I've noticed that some review sites have classified the game in the 'easy' category compared with the first Black Mirror game. I’d like to play a least one game so far this year without using hints from a walkthrough.

People need to shop wisely these days. I’m quite happy with my purchase for $20.75 for Black Mirror 2 delivered today.

It's a good game. Lengthy for the standarts in this days. And, for those that DON'T want to use a walkthrough, this is the perfect game. Easy is not the right word to difine it: "a piece of cake" is more like it.

Sigh, another new game thread that just peters out after an initial burst of enthusiasm. Are we all really so world weary now that every game that comes out always fails to match our expectations or dissapoints in some way?...

Yeah, but it's point and click.  Besides, size doesn't mean good adventuring.  I'm waiting a while on this one.  First one was only average.

That's pretty much my position as well. Black Mirror 1 had a promising start, but left me feeling very disgusted with it by the second half. I'm not eager to potentially repeat that in the sequel, though I might consider trying Black Mirror 2 once it hits bargain bin prices.

First off I can't believe anyone would pay 60 DOLLARS for any game. That seems absolutely ludicrous.

I got it for 14 pounds on Amazon UK.

I've just completed the first chapter and am relatively entertained so far. It's slow and ridiculously easy (even for me and that is saying a lot) but I am intrigued to see how the story is going to develop- I like the way they have linked Darren to the first game.

Pet peeve of mine- how come all the locals have totally different accents? The only 'outsider' is the post office girl who's meant to come from New Jersey- surely she doesn't have a Jersey accent???

Same thing happened in the Lost Crown and it really bugged me.

Currently playing:  Dragon Age Origins,  Dishonored, The Witcher, Fallout 3, Deponia

I spent all afternoon playing yesterday and a couple of hours this morning and I finally finished the game
I loved the environments so much! I had an awesome/creepy gaming experience, because yesterday started off as horribly sunny and ended up with a rainstorm... just as the game changed, more or less.

I found Darren a bit more likeable than Samuel - at least he didn't talk like he had severe speech problems. It was nice to see the good ole castle and some of the old characters again. Puzzles were super easy (and, at times, felt very unnecessary) but that was to be expected from a BM game.

I loved how scary it was! Some of the 'jump-scare' moments were ridiculously funny, but fit the game.

I have one question, though...

Spoiler AlertWhat the hell happened in the end?! BM1 was perfectly explained in the game and then we get... that? I don't get it! Was there something after the credits, because I clicked by accident and it took me back to the menu :/

Black Mirror 3 has been announced, or so I heard.

Deleted UserOk, I guess that more or less settles it.   I'm officially looking out for this; hope I can find it at a price I can currently afford.
